When CGU applicants have been converted to students, that is when they get their CGU email account.

However, some students are still applicants who haven’t completed all the required paperwork to be fully accepted as students. We can check student groups in Azure.

When students are in the group: CGU Applicant in Azure, we can apply the CGU Applicant Macro.
