On the top right of the PeopleSoft Homepage, there will be these icons:

Please select the Navigation Bar icon highlighted above. If the page becomes blank and all the tiles on the homepage disappear, please continue to the next steps to restore defaults under “My Preferences”.

Process to restore defaults under “My Preferences” 

1. On the top right of the PeopleSoft Homepage, there will be these icons:

 Please select the Actions List icon highlighted above.  

2. Select “My Preferences” from the drop-down options

3. On the top right of the General Settings page, there will be a “Restore Defaults” button. Please click on this button and click “OK” on the confirmation pop-up windows

4. Please click on the save button (top right of the General Settings page) and click OK on the confirmation pop-up windows

5. Please log out of Peoplesoft or MyCGU and log back in for this change to be updated
