    Partially Supported Browsers:

    • Apple Safari - Version 10 minimum

      Note: Safari enforces an additional security requirement that prevents some learning tools, like Rosalyn, from opening within an LMS, like Canvas. To learn more, please review this troubleshooting article: Rosalyn and Safari.

    Hardware Requirements:

    • Working camera

    • Working microphone

    • Dual-core CPU

    • At least 2 GB available of RAM memory.

    • At least 500 MB of available disk space.

    • Minimum internet speed:

      • Upload - 500kb/s
