When signing into your CGU account, you will be asked to verify your identity.

1. On the first sign-in screen, enter your CGU email address.

2. On the next screen, enter your password.

3. You will then be prompted with your Authentication Options.

4. If you choose "Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app" then the computer screen will show you a number like the one shown on the left, and the Microsoft Authenticator App on your phone should pop up a notification like the one shown on the right, where you should enter the number from the screen.

5. If you choose "Use a verification code", you will see this screen, where you enter the code from the Microsoft Authenticator app from your phone.

6. If you choose "Text +X XXXXXXXX##" then you will be texted a number to enter.

7. If you choose "Call +X XXXXXXXX##" then you will receive a phone call, and be asked to press a number to verify.
