Occasionally, users encounter license errors when accessing programs via Apporto or on their own devices.
If the user sees the error below, they need to select the option to "Apply Existing License" (the button on the right).
This will resolve the error and prevent it from appearing again.
If a license is expired, it would say exactly that, in which case, the ticket should be escalated to Desktop for a new key and/or update of the key server.
